You have to travel to Sharm el-Sheikh in March b4 do your research. A number of English place here, now serves full English breakfast, you are not the first nor the last.

You should check with the Egyptian Embassy in your country, then apply for work visa
Already, there are places that make the meal, even though we have many residents of the English language, not to go to a coffee in English every day. Tourism as a whole and to experiment with food, you get a few that are missing here and there, their eggs and bacon, but not enough to achieve a good return, especially since they have the competition and these people have backups of the economy!
